Return Policy
You may return defective merchandise up to 30 days from the date of original purchase for exchange. In-stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they have not been washed, worn, or altered. To request an exchange: please submit a new order on the website. The cost of shipping for an
elective return and/or exchange is at the expense of the purchaser. Boost Engagement reserves the right to have final judgment on elective returns. Client will not be charged a restocking fee for this service.
Elective returns or exchanges are not accepted on Made-To-Order items due to the custom nature of the products. Personalized items such as lab coats cannot be returned for any reason other than defectiveness.
Boost Engagement will issue a full refund for the returned uniform(s) to you consistent with your original payment method. Please note that freight for the order will not be refunded for an elective return or exchange. You will be responsible for additional freight and any price difference for new garments selected.
