Q: I lost my password, how can I retrieve it?
A: You can have your password emailed to you by using the password request link HERE

Q: What is my username?
A: Your user name is your employee ID number.

Q: When will my order ship?
A:
Most items are in stock and will ship within 2-4 business days. Custom orders will ship within 10-14 business days.

Q: What if my item is out of stock?
A:
Upon checkout, you will be provided an estimated shipping date. If an item is currently out of stock, orders will be filled as we receive more inventory. From time to time, back-ordered items may become discontinued. If the item you've selected becomes discontinued, you will be offered either a choice of: 1- a comparable replacement item (if available), or 2 - points refunded to your account to select another item(s).

Q: I entered the incorrect shipping address on my order. Can I change it?
A:
Please call customer service at 1-800-324-9806 as soon as possible to change your order. When you submit your order you are acknowledging the shipping address and all other provided information is accurate, and that delivery via US Postal Service is accepted.

Q: RETURN/EXCHANGE: I would like to return/exchange an item. Who do I contact and how long do I have to return/exchange?
A: We will only take exchanges on defective merchandise, and you must contact us within 30 days of your order being placed. If you have received a defective item, please contact Shumsky Customer Service at [email protected] or by calling customer service at 1-800-324-9806.

Q: I have not received my order yet. Where can I check my order status and tracking?
A: You can view detailed information regarding your order by clicking the ”Order Status” link located in the "My Account" section at the bottom of the page (see below). Please note - Shumsky will not be held responsible for an undeliverable or lost order due to an incorrect address entered by user.

Q: How do I edit my account information?
A: After signing in, click on the three lines located at the top right hand of the page (see below). Then click on "My Account". You will be able to edit your personal information and addresses here.

Q: Is this site secure?
A: Yes, we use SSL 128 bit encryption. All of your personal information is transmitted securely.

Q: I have a question that is not answered here. Who do I contact for additional assistance?

Q: Are you allowed to hold points to use at a different time?
A:
 No, all points must be used in the same transaction and will expire 90 days after your service award anniversary date.
